Lauren and David,
How to I even begin to describe your wedding day. It was so beautiful and full of southern charm. Lauren, you were the epitome of a classic bride that will never go out of style. You were gracious and kind and went out of your way to make sure everyone was having a good time. David, you were so much fun to be around. Your mother/son dance was honestly one of the sweetest that I have ever witnessed! I would be lying if I said I didn’t get a little sappy watching the both of you enjoying your wedding day so much. You laughed with your bridal party, danced the night away with your guests and I listened to everyone around you saying how happy they were for you and how genuine your love for each other is. Yours was the kind of wedding that makes me fall in love with my job and reminds me why I became a photographer. Your parents treated us like family and your bridal party was a joy to be around.
On those days when marriage seems tough and like you want to give up, don’t. Look back at these images and remember that yours is a love worth fighting for. Your love is not the kind you shout from the rooftops, but the kind that quietly whispers I love yous when the other person needs to hear it most. Hold onto each other and know that you guys are so, so good together. One day (maybe) you’ll have a daughter or granddaughter that looks back at these images and thinks, “That’s what I want my marriage to be like.” Keith and I were so honored to be a part of your day. I hope you enjoy looking at these photos as much as we enjoyed taking them!
