Amelia + Jake – Fort Clinch Engagement Photos

Confession: I am SO behind on blogging all of my gorgeous sessions and weddings! Our life took an unexpected turn for work in an effort to get our cute little house built, and I promise I will write about all of that soon! For now though, I’m going to start catching up on all the pretty pictures!

I was so excited when Amelia reached out to me about her wedding! She comes from one of the sweetest families in Amelia Island and I LOVE working with sweet, southern brides! I didn’t know anything about Jake before their engagement session, but I think he’s pretty great too! It was a lot colder than it looks in these photos. Like, a LOT colder. They made it look easy, but we were shivering in between photos!

Their engagement story matches their cute personalities. Right after Amelia said “YES!” their friends and family popped out of hiding and started singing “Going to the Chapel!” At the end of the session the sun decided to show off for an epic sunset that bathed them in the golden glow that you’ll see at the end of this post!
